Psyllium and poppy seeds

I am actually getting better when it comes to crisp bread. More daring if you so will. And I let you in on a secret; I am getting better with the taste of it too. No more comparison with cement or plaster.

  • 160g almond flour
  • 1dl egg white
  • seasoning (rosemary, salt, tarragon)
  • poppy seeds
  • psyllium seeds
  • hazelnuts

Mix all dry ingredients and then add the egg white. Roll out the dough (rather thin) and dry at 150°C until golden brown. Enjoy with butter and cheese. Or maybe with tzatziki; or some other fancy dip.

P.S. Some people with AS have stated that they get flares from psyllium seed husk (although it is starch free).
