monday morning breakfast

Just a short one for today. The past few weeks have been very busy and stressful. Mind and body are at war with each other it seems.

While meditation and yoga might (and will in the end) help me to get my mind to calm down again; food is a different matter. I lose my appetite when I am stressed.

So here is an easy to make, quickly whipped up breakfast. One that I actually do eat.

  • greek yoghurt
  • blueberries
  • maple syrup (optional)
  • fresh mint

I timed it: It takes 1:15 minutes to make it. But make sure that you actually take longer eating it.
