I know the headline is a tiny bit misleading, as it got ham in it. But – since you can leave that out – and vegetables do make 90% of this dish, I think I can get away with it.
- basically all the vegetables that you have lying around the kitchen (looking at you)
- ham (optional)
- a little bit of cream
- grated parmesan cheese
For this picture opportunity I used:
- broccoli
- bell peppers
- onions
- carrots
Clean everything and cut into pieces. Fry the ham (if you are using it) and fill a baking form. Top with the cheese and bake in the oven until done. Cover if the cheese gets too brown. Alternatively, you can cook the vegetables beforehand. This should shorten the time in the oven considerably.
