coleslaw

For anyone hailing from outside the British Isles, coleslaw might be a bit weird. For me, being German and all, it is most definitely weird. Then again, much could be said about Sauerkraut.

Coleslaw however has its uses; bbq season, a steak and …. what should/ could I possibly have with it?

It is also very easy to make.

  • white cabbage
  • carrots
  • cream
  • pepper and salt
  • oil

Grate the cabbage and crush it as much as you can (to make it soft and easier to digest). Grate the carrots and mix. Add pepper, salt and oil (a few drops). Finally, add the cream, cover with a lid and let it sit in the fridge for a while.
