I’ve never been much of a fan when it comes to kale. But as of late, and with the help of the internet, I thought I might give it a try again.
- kale
- red onion
- tomatoes
- chili pepper
- mushrooms
- coconut oil
- chicken
- gorgonzola
- seasoning + garlic
Clean everything and cut into smaller pieces. Start off with frying the onions (finely chopped) in some coconut oil. Add the chili pepper (finely chopped) and the chicken (bite-size) and continue to fry.
Add the mushrooms (sliced) and the garlic (ground) and the pepper & salt. Stir and keep on frying on a somewhat lower temperature.
Add the tomatoes (halved) and the kale (randomly cut into smaller pieces). Add a little bit of gorgonzola.
Serve and enjoy.
