a 10 minute dinner

IMG_4968I have no time. Really. I think someone is secretly siphoning off minutes. And I end up with days that are only 13 hours long. Really. There is – literally – no time between waking up in the morning and having lunch at 2pm (if at all).

When I get home, I want to have food. FAST. And that is just perfect. (although you would have to add another 10 minutes for doing the dishes afterwards).

  • bacon
  • mushrooms
  • egg
  • cheese
  • dried tomato (preserve)
  • cream fraiche
  • pepper & salt
  • cilantro
  • olives

Prepare the mushrooms and start frying them in a small frying pan. Boil the egg. Fry the bacon in a different frying pan.

Grate the cheese onto a plate, add a few dried tomatoes and olives. Clean cilantro and add it to the plate.

Dry off the bacon on a piece of kitchen towels. Season the mushrooms with pepper & salt.

Add everything to the cheese mix and garnish with creme fraiche.
